I have not received an order confirmation
Check your spam filter. It turns out that some emails get stuck there. Can't find it anyway? The next source of error is usually an incorrect email address. Contact us and give the full name and delivery address and enter your case and we will help you.

Where is my order
REKYL is a social impact company, we send large parts of the surplus to veteran support (read more about REKYL here). This makes us quite frugal with how we dispose of our resources. In general, it can take a week or so before we have received your order, sometimes it can take even longer, especially when we do regular fundraising campaigns. Then we pick up orders, print and ship. In those cases, it may take several weeks before we can send. Given that you have provided a correct mobile number and email address, we will send you a package number when the order is shipped. Please let us know, we are more than happy to answer.
I have not had time to pick up my order and now it has returned
When you have not picked up your package, it will come back to us, then we will send you an email and say that you have not picked up your package and ask how you want to do it? The package has not been lost, but it is with us for a while.
I have not received an invoice
If you have chosen to trade with invoice, we usually do not send it to you until we send your order. A prerequisite for it to end up right is that you have entered the correct email address at the time of your purchase. Please note that we are working with an external partner to manage invoicing for REKYL . The payment time is usually very short. Be sure to pay it to avoid reminders.
I've got the wrong item, I want to change the size or undo mine, or parts of my purchase. How do I do this?
Of course, we comply with the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Selling Act, but above all we apply common sense. With your order we will send you a packing slips, follow the instructions in that document and send to the specified address. In the case of a partial or return, we will be paid/credit your order and the money will be refunded in the same way that you paid us. Subject to postitious inventory, we change the size but sometimes it is unfortunately not possible. If this is not possible, we will contact you to find the best solution. How do I pack what to send in?
It is great to send in anything but a regular blue envelope from the mail works just fine. Pack the goods well so there is no damage during the postal service. We will be extra happy if you fold the garment properly so that we can put the garment on the shelf directly and avoid the iron.
Do you account for the postage?
If we have made a mistake, we will be responsible for postage, but then the receipt will be sent in the package and the shipping will be credited when we receive the goods/ goods to us. But for exchanges and returns, you will have to pay for the shipping to us.
Has my return come in?
When we receive your package to us, we will send you an email stating that it has been received and when the assessed it is sent out again.
What does crediting mean?
This means that we remove the item that we do not have and refund you / adjust your payment / invoice. This means that you get money back or that we adjust your invoice so you only pay what you have received.
What size should I be?
There are measurement lines on the page, just to measure and it will be right. It can also be under the model if it is bodyfit or free i.e. a little more body-adjusted or looser model. Read carefully, compare with your favorite garments.

Great that we get tips but usually we have a lot in our pipeline so it is not enough but as I said tips are very good to get in. It may take some time before we respond. It depends on our workload, but please let me know for the executioner!
